HRC Academy short courses for enthusiasts are unique! Cook at the one of its kind Culinary Academy in Bulgaria and the Balkans, where our chef-instructors will share their secrets in a wide variety of programs for food enthusiasts and anyone contemplating a career change to the foodservice industry. All courses are held in the kitchens laboratories of the academy and include the all ingredients. Participants however are required to bring their knives, apron and proper shoes during the courses.

The minimum number of attendees for a course is three people.
