Appetizers

Mint pesto salad
(Homemade gnocchi’s tossed with a mint pesto and flavored with tomato concasse, green and black olives, marinated cucumbers and smoked ham)

Talents salad with roasted tomato vinaigrette
(Talents trade mark salad composed of fresh greens, arugula, celery, cucumbers, tomato, bacon, dressed with a roasted tomato vinaigrette and topped with avocados, pine nuts and shaved parmesan)

Balkan Spring roll
(A compilation of Sautéed leeks, baked potatoes and buttered mushrooms rolled in thin filo pasta and baked. Accompanied with a ginger tomato vinaigrette and green salad)

 

Main courses

Chicken Provençale
(Provençale says it all.  Olives, Anchovies, white wine and demi glace make up the sauce which is spooned over a seared chicken breast fillet and accompanied by herb carrots and pilaf rice)

Talents breaded white fish in lemon butter sauce
(The perfect symphony of temperatures and textures brings together this dish that is accompanied by marinated peppers and baked potatoes with a rosemary infusion)

Stuffed cabbage with red wine sauce
(This dish was inspired from the local cuisine in Bulgaria and it is fussed with Talents’s unique interpretation.  It is by trio of vegetable fritters respectively made of spinach, potato and corn and sauced with a red wine sauce made with Mavrud wine)

 

Desserts

Vegetable Cake
(A combination of three vegetable cakes namely banana, carrot and zucchini. Layered with a lemon cream cheese spread)

Crème Brulée
(A must to try!  This rich custard of egg yolk and sugar flavored with fresh vanilla topped with caramelized sugar)

Fondant au chocolat
(Known as the chocolate bomb cake this delicacy is surely to satisfy the most demanding dessert connoisseurs. Accompanied by a pistachio sauce and a fresh seasonal fruit garnish)

Cheese cake with orange glaze
(Throughout the world there are many variations of this dessert. We guarantee that Talents version is a unique and exquisite experience)
