Industry Placements

HRC Academy Internships

Gaining international experience

Learning is doing. Therefore, students are given the opportunity to work in real restaurant or hotel kitchens. Because of the education’s international focus, the Academy believes the two paid industry placements should take place in English speaking countries. Students have the chance to utilize their knowledge and skills and learn how to work in a team with culinary professionals. The academy offers a great number of placements at renowned restaurants and hotels in Europe as well as the United States. Due to the Academic vision and international focus of the program, the Academy strongly believes the second industry placement should take place in the United States. The academy has a special dedicated team at HRC International, that helps students prepare for their international experience.

Each industry placement is carefully structured and based upon students’ interests and knowledge. Their performance is closely monitored by professional staff, formal evaluations and other feedback. Industry placements frequently lead to job offers after completion of studies. That’s why together with our partner HRC International we say: “Creating successful careers”!
