The HRC Academy features first-class facilities such as well-equipped training kitchens, a fine dining restaurant, a la carte kitchen, demonstration theatre, wine cellar and culinary library.
Training kitchens are outfitted with the latest equipment and provide students the opportunity to work at individual stations. A restaurant kitchen and fine dining restaurant offer a realistic environment to train and cook in an a la carte restaurant setting and includes areas for pastry, stewarding and storage.
The Culinary Theatre functions as a demonstration kitchen featuring the latest multi-media technology. Through direct digital connections with hotels and restaurants around the world, professional chefs give demonstrations and provide students with behind-the-scene views of their kitchens.
To complete the gastronomic experience the academy also has a cellar used for wine, beverage and cheese tastings. A library features computer stations and provides a quiet place to study.
