Talents restaurant provides last-year students of the HRC Culinary Academy with the opportunity to gain real on the job experience in a professionally equipped fine dining restaurant. Talents is Bulgaria’s only restaurant operated by students, but under the supervision of HRC Culinary Academy’s experienced faculty.
The Talents restaurant’s menu is dynamic and student designed which allows them to boast their culinary skills to guests. Furthermore the Talents restaurant menu combines sophisticated ingredients with regional and seasonal products available. The result is a distinctive experience that presents excellence in the culinary arts and restaurant menu design.
Talents offers you a charming dining experience at Eastern Europe’s premier culinary institute. From the dining room you enjoy a full view of the kitchen action due to the open kitchen structure.
Talents restaurant is open to the public from Monday to Friday, on the following hours:
Pastry and light lunch: 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Fine dining dinner: 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Whatever the occasion, whether it be a quiet dinner, a birthday celebration or a small business meeting at Talents we have superb facilities to ensure its success. Besides our 50 cover restaurant, we can also host your corporate event at our unique Wine cellar or our Demo Theatre seating up to 75.
